What is Philbeck Private Wealth Management?

Philbeck Private Wealth Management is an independent investment advisory practice dedicated to providing personalized, white-glove financial services tailored to each client’s goals, circumstances, and long-term aspirations. Through bespoke strategies in financial planning, investment management, and retirement planning, the firm delivers a boutique experience supported by the extensive research, resources, and technology of LPL Financial, a Fortune 500 institution.

The practice is owned and operated by Nicholas Philbeck, MBA, AIF®, a Registered Financial Advisor and Investment Advisor Representative with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Nick holds multiple securities licenses and professional designations, including the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and maintains licensure across five states: Texas, Florida, Colorado, New York, and Louisiana. His background in international business and commitment to continuing education inform the firm’s thoughtful, client-centered approach.

The Challenges

Financial services marketing requires a careful balance of clarity, trust, and sophistication. The primary challenge was translating complex financial offerings into an accessible, easy-to-navigate brochure without oversimplifying or overwhelming the reader.

To maintain consistency across the client’s touchpoints, the existing website served as a key reference for approved messaging, imagery, and typography. While the website itself was not part of this scope, it provided the foundation needed to ensure the brochure aligned seamlessly with the established brand and communicated information accurately.

Additional challenges included:

  • Working strictly within an existing brand system

  • Organizing dense informational content into a clear editorial hierarchy

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all written materials

  • Creating a polished, professional piece suitable for both prospective and existing clients

The Solution

Christina approached the brochure as an editorial project, prioritizing structure, readability, and visual balance. Content was reorganized into clearly defined sections, allowing readers to quickly understand the firm’s services while reinforcing credibility and professionalism.

A restrained, clean layout paired with thoughtful typography and strategic use of white space helped guide the reader through the material. The final design emphasized trust, expertise, and personalization—core values of Philbeck Private Wealth Management.

Services Provided

For this project, Christina provided end-to-end design and content support, overseeing both visual execution and content clarity across the brochure, including the following:

  • Editorial layout and content organization

  • Content sourcing and proofreading

  • Brand consistency and visual alignment

  • Image selection and placement

In addition to design execution, Christina ensured information was presented with accuracy, clarity, and cohesion, remaining mindful of the compliance standards common to financial services marketing. By organizing content hierarchically and aligning all elements with approved source material and existing brand guidelines, the final brochure supports clear, client-ready communication.

The Execution

Using content sourced directly from the company’s website and photography provided by the client, Christina developed a multi-page brochure that adhered closely to existing brand guidelines. Typography, color usage, and layout decisions were intentionally conservative, reinforcing the firm’s professional tone while elevating the overall presentation.

Special attention was given to pacing and flow, ensuring that each section transitioned naturally and supported the reader’s understanding of the firm’s offerings and expertise.

The Results

The completed brochure serves as a clear, professional marketing piece that effectively communicates Philbeck Private Wealth Management’s services, values, and experience. The final design provides the firm with a polished print asset suitable for client meetings, outreach, and long-term use, while maintaining consistency with its established brand identity.

This project highlights the Christina’s strength in editorial design, content refinement, and working within structured brand systems to produce clean, intentional print materials.
